Nick Maton Raked Against My Blue Jays

Have yourself a day Nick Maton. Two home runs, four RBI's, and a stolen base. The man is proving that he belongs in the big leagues. Both of Maton's home runs were no doubters and came against the second-best pitcher in the Jays rotation Robbie Ray. Maton's first home run was crushed into right field. 391 feet no big deal. His second home run was an absolute dong. 403 feet to center field. In Maton's fourth at-bat, he does not get a home run but, he gets a base hit and drives in another two runs. Just when you think his day could not get better, he goes and steals a base. His back has to be hurting after carrying the Phillies all day.

The Blue Jays broadcast has a perfect opportunity to bring up Glenwood high school and they shit the bed. They did not even mention it. While Maton was up to bat for the fourth time they said, the last Phillies player to have a 3-home run day against the Blue Jays was Jason Werth. It was right there for them. As I'm listening to the broadcast, I'm saying, please bring up Glenwood high school. They had a golden opportunity and they absolutely missed it.

I just want to put out there I was the first source to break the news that Maton hit two home runs. There is no way that any of the newspapers were listening to a Toronto Blue Jay game. Especially when the Jays were winning 8-0 in the fifth inning. So, I broke that news no big deal.

Overall it was a good day for the teams/players I root for in the MLB. Nick Shit on the Blue Jays, but that's okay because the Blue Jays won. Vladdy and Bo hit home runs, and the Blue Jays won the series.

It was cool hearing the Blue Jays announcer talking about Nick Maton and his smooth swing as he hit two home runs today. He definitely proved he should be an everyday player in the big leagues.
