The 49ers win a must win game on Sunday night football against the Rams 24-15.
For all the Jimmy G haters out there he just shut you up. The man went out there and balled out.
He went 23/33, 268 yards, 3 touchdowns and a passer rating of 124.3.
There were people out there saying replace him or tank for Trevor. That's not going to happen.
The 49ers have the hardest schedule coming up and it is a good time to get our shit back together.
The offensive line actually protects Jim and let him have time to get the ball off and did not get sacked once.
In this game it also showed that Kyle Shanahan trust Jimmy to make the big plays with his arm. 4th and 2 Kyle draws up a passing play that leads to a George Kittle touchdown. The next example is 3rd and 7 if the 49ers convert they win. Kyle calls another pass play for Jimmy and he converts.
With all the injuries on defense people might think that the defense is not that good. The defense played out of there mind tonight.
One big thing that is important for our defense is our corner back dept. Last week against the dolphins Emmanuel Moseley was hurt and Brian Allen was in and Ryan Fitzpatrick just threw to that side the whole time.
This week we had Emmanuel back and our corners balled out.
Once this whole team gets healthy watch out the defending NFC champions aren't going anywhere.
By the way the 49ers are 3-0 in their all white throw backs.
