The 49ers End Sean McVay's Annoying Streak

Sean McVay thought it was all fun and games when he was up 17-0. He was dancing in the end zone having a blast with his team. Little did he know he was just poking the bear.

McVay was 45-0 and is now 45-1 in his NFL career when winning at halftime. That finally ended today after the 49ers were down 17-3 at halftime and ended up winning the game. Sean McVay is now 0-1 after leading in halftime in 2022.

It's only filling that Kyle Shanahan is the one to beat McVay when trailing at halftime. Shanahan owns L.A. and Sean McVay. Shanahan and the 49ers have won the last six against the Rams. Shanahan has beaten L.A. without Jimmy Garoppolo as well. Nick Mullens even got in on the action. The only time Shanahan has lost to the rams when coaching the 49ers is when Brian Hoyer and C.J. Beathard were starting the games.

If this is Jimmy's last win in the red and gold, it is only filling that he beat L.A. and continues to be undefeated against them as well. Fortunately for Jimmy, I do not think this will be his last game in the red and gold.
