The Blue Jays will Finally Not Get Booed at "Home" Games Anymore

The Buffalo Blue Jays are back! Since the border is still closed The Blue Jays can't play games in Toronto until further notice. To start the season they played at their spring training stadium in Dunedin Florida. There were very few Jays fans at their "home" games and were getting booed more than they were getting cheered.

Yesterday, the Jays played their first game in Buffalo and there was actually cheering going on for the Blue Jays, not the other team. This is nice for the fans like me who listen to the game on the radio because I could never tell if a cheer was a good thing or a bad thing and it was annoying. For the players, it is nice for them to finally get cheered on and, to play in a better stadium.

"I've enjoyed playing on the road this year actually, " Semien said Sunday. "Because we're playing in big league stadiums."

I am so happy that they are out of the stadium. Every team the Blue Jays played just crushed the ball in the stadium because of the wind and no second deck in the outfield. Also, the Jays were amazing last year in Buffalo.

Hopefully, the Blue Jays can rally around the fans being there and the city of Buffalo and make a strong playoff push this year.
